Hi, I’m Pratik Patel, a High Performance Coach, Sports Dietitian, and Strength and Conditioning Coach

I spent the better part of a decade working in college football (Michigan State, Oregon) and the NFL (New York Giants) implementing nutrition, hydration, recovery, sleep, health, and performance optimization strategies in a variety of different roles.

My most recent role was as an Assistant Coach with the New York Giants as the Director of Performance Nutrition and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in charge of all things nutrition, hydration, supplementation, sleep, and recovery related to optimizing health and performance.

Being able to work in these unique roles allowed me to connect the dots between Nutrition with Strength and Conditioning, Sport Science and Performance, Recovery, and Sports Medicine and see things others weren't able to do, and maximize what Nutrition can do for football players.
